摘要

管理学教学中因缺乏情景体验,产生了对管理理论理解困难的问题。将企业经营模拟用于管理学教学中,还原管理情景,用体验式教学法体验计划、组织、领导、控制等管理职能。
        Due to the lack of situational experience in the teaching process of management, it is difficult to understand the management theory. Therefore, enterprise operation simulation is used in the teaching of management to restore the management situation and help students experience the planning, organization, leadership, control and other management functions.
