摘要
在学前教育规模不断扩展的过程中,督导评估成为学前教育质量保障的最重要举措之一,其重要性与日俱增。然而学前教育督导评估却存在评估结果重功利、队伍状况显弊端、评估过程欠规范等问题。为了促进学前教育督导评估科学开展,促进学前教育质量整体提升,当务之急是要破解学前教育督导评估存在的问题,明确出现评估问题的原因,以寻求解决之道。
In the process of the expansion of pre-school education,monitoring and evaluation has become one of the most important measures to ensure the quality of pre- school education,and its importance is increasing.However,there are many problems existing in the pre-school education supervision and evaluation including the utilitarianism in theresults,disadvantages in staff and lack of standards so on. In order to promote the pre-school educational supervision and evaluation performed scientifically and to promote the overall quality of pre- school education. It is imperative to solve the existing problems in pre- school supervision and evaluation,identify the causes,and find the solutions.
