摘要
为解决皮带运输系统故障频发、处理故障费时费力的问题,基于云冈矿实际生产需求,设计并实现了皮带运输系统的监控平台。在分析皮带运输系统监控平台系统设计的基础上,介绍了该监控平台的硬件选型、软件设计以及显示界面。该方案已经经过工业性试验,试验结果表明,设计并实现的皮带运输系统监控平台有效保证了皮带运输系统的连续、稳定、安全运行,提高了皮带运输系统的故障解决效率。
In order to solve the problem of frequent failure of belt transportation system and time-consuming and labor-intensive management, based on the actual production demand in YunGang Mine, the monitoring platform of belt transportation system was designed and implemented. Based on the analysis of the design of the belt transportation system monitoring platform, the hardware selection, software design and display interface of the monitoring platform are introduced. The program has undergone industrial tests. The test results show that the design and implementation of the system guarantees the continuity, stability and safety of the system operation, and improves the efficiency for repair and maintenance.
