摘要
以233名青海高职教师为对象,《中国大五人格问卷简式版》《教师教学效能感量表》《职业承诺问卷》为研究工具,考察人格特质、教学效能感与职业承诺的关系。结果表明:青海高职教师的职业承诺、教学效能感水平均处于中等偏上,宜人性和尽责性的人格特质明显;青海高职教师的职业承诺与其教学效能感、大五人格均呈显著相关,其中教学效能感、大五人格对职业承诺有一定的正向预测作用;青海高职教师的教学效能感在职业承诺与大五人格之间起着显著的中介作用。
This paper probes into the relationship between personality traits,teaching efficacy and career commitment of 233 vocational teachers in Qinghai with the help of"the Big Five Inventory","Teaching Efficacy Questionnaires","Career Commitment Questionnaires"as the research tools. The results showed that teachers' career commitment and teaching efficacy were found above average,agreeableness and conscientiousness obvious; teaching efficacy,career commitment and big-five personality traits were found significantly correlated,therein,teaching efficacy and big five personality positively predicted career commitment;teaching efficacy significantly mediated the relationship between big five personality and career commitment.
