神经根型颈椎病患者手三阳经红外热图温度特征研究

摘要
目的探讨神经根型颈椎病患者手三阳经红外热图温度特征。方法选取神经根型颈椎病单侧病变患者,分经辨证为手阳明经证、手少阳经证、手太阳经证各17例,每个证型分患侧观察组与健侧对照组,分别进行红外热图采集,对各证型神经根型颈椎病手三阳经温度进行分析比较。结果 (1)不同证型患侧观察组对应经络ΔT值均低于健侧对照组(P<0.05)。(2)手少阳经证患侧少阳经与太阳经比较、手太阳经证患侧太阳经与少阳经比较以及太阳经与阳明经ΔT值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余各经ΔT值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病手三阳经红外热图温度具有循经特异性的特征,在一定程度上能为中医经络辨证分型提供参考。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of infrared image temperature of the three yang meridians of hand in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients. Methods Selected patients with unilateral cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and divided into Yangming meridian syndrome of hand、Shaoyang meridian syndrome of hand and Taiyang meridian syndrome of hand accoeding to differentiating meridians,17 patients in each syndrome.Each syndrome type was divided into the side observation group and the healthy side control group.All patients were collected infrared images respectively and comperd the infrared image temperature of the three yang meridians in each type of syndromeeach cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Results(1)The ΔT value of the meridians in the side observation group with different syndromes was lower than that in the healthy side control group(P<0.05).(2)The difference of ΔT value between the affected side of the Shaoyang meridian and the Shaoyang meridian in Shaoyang meridian syndrome of hand and between the affected side of the Taiyang meridian and the Shaoyang meridian、the Taiyang meridian and the yangming meridian had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in in comparing the other ΔT values of meridians(P>0.05). Conclusion THE infrared image temperature of the three yang meridians of hand in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy shows significant specificity along the corresponding meridians.To a certain extent,it can provide reference for TCM Meridian Syndrome differentiation.
