凝结水精处理再生系统酸泥形成原因分析

摘要
中核运行秦二厂某次启动凝结水精处理系统再生用酸计量泵时,泵入口过滤器被酸泥堵塞导致管线流量降低。本文通过理论分析和试验验证,给出凝结水精处理再生系统酸泥的形成原因,并提出通过优化运行方式、增加定期清洗、提高浓酸储罐传输管出口高度等建议来防止酸泥的形成。
        While started the acid regeneration metering pump of the Condensate Polishing Treatment System at Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II of CNNO, it was found that the inlet filter of the pump was blocked by the acid sludge and the pipeline flow was reduced. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, this paper showed the reasons why acid mud generated in Condensate Polishing Treatment System, and proposed to prevent the formation of acid sludge by optimizing the operation mode, increasing the regular cleaning and increasing the outlet pipeline height of the concentrated acid storage tank.
