核电厂发电机出口断路器铜片伸缩节腐蚀原因分析

摘要
某核电厂大修检查时发现发电机出口断路器铜片伸缩节表面存在大量铜绿,对腐蚀表面的微观形貌、成分及物相等进行了分析。结果表明,铜绿是由于镀银时铜表面沾染了氰化镀银液,并在大气的作用下发生局部腐蚀所致。
        The verdigris was found on the surface of copper expansion joints for a nuclear power plant and the microstructure, elementary composition, phase composition of corrosion products were systematically analysed. Results indicated that localized corrosion was occured under the effect of atmospheric, owing to the remnant cyanide silver plating liquid on the surface of copper.
