摘要
固态功放组件是固态雷达发射机的重要组成部分。随着微波功率器件的不断发展,固态功放组件正在向着大功率、大脉冲宽度、轻小型化方向发展。介绍了一种新型液冷固态功放组件的设计方法。本组件布局简洁、结构紧凑,使用4个单管额定功率为600 W的Ga N功率晶体管进行功率合成,组件输出功率在频带内可轻松达到1.5 k W。最终试验证明本固态功放组件性能可靠稳定,达到预期效果。
The solid-state power amplifier module is an important part of the solid-state radar transmitter. With the continuous development of microwave power devices,the solid-state power amplifier module is moving towards high power,large pulse width,light weight and miniaturization. A new liquid-cooling solid-state power amplifier module is designed. With simple layout and compact structure,the module uses four Ga N power transistors with the rated power of 600 W for single tube to perform power synthesis. The output power of the module can easily reach 1.5 k W in the frequency band. The final test proves that the performance of the solid-state power amplifier module is reliable and stable,achieving the desired results.
