摘要
[目的]研究我国芒果镰孢菌的遗传多样性。[方法]从云南、广西、海南等芒果主产区芒果花序上分离得到芒果镰孢菌,采用IGS、Histone 2个基因片段对芒果镰孢菌进行遗传多样性分析。[结果]我国芒果镰孢菌具有多个谱系,致病芒果镰孢菌为单系群。[结论]我国芒果镰孢菌具有较高的遗传多样性。
        [Objective] To study genetic diversity of Fusarium mangiferae in China. [Method] Genetic diversity among F. mangiferae from Hainan,Guangxi and Yunnan provinces using the partial IGS and Histone gene sequences were analyzed. The strains were isolated from symptomatic and non-symptomatic inflorescences and twigs. [Result]It was indicated that high genetic variation existed among those strains in China,while the pathogenetic isolates were monophyletic. [Conclusion] Fusarium mangiferae in China has high genetic diversity.
