摘要
某化工厂甲醇合成项目的法兰在试开车过程中失效断裂,经过理化性能检测、金相分析、有限元分析,得出该A105材质法兰失效的原因。结果表明,法兰的裂纹为氢脆开裂,氢含量偏高是法兰发生氢脆开裂的主要原因。
The failure and fracture of flange in methanol synthesis project of a chemical plant during trial start-up are analyzed by means of physical and chemical performance testing,metallographic analysis and finite element analysis. The results show that the crack of flange is hydrogen embrittlement cracking,and the high hydrogen content is the main reason for hydrogen embrittlement cracking of flange.
