摘要
高职院校市场营销专业毕业生普遍存在频繁跳槽的现象,究其原因主要是学生胜任营销岗位的能力不足,基于岗位胜任力,以安徽冶金科技职业学院为例,通过调查市场营销专业实践教学现状,从人才培养目标、实践教学内容设置、实践教学模式、实训基地建设等方面深入分析基本情况及实践教学中存在的问题,为实践教学的改革提供参考。
Marketing major graduates of higher vocational colleges generally have frequent job-hopping phenomenon. The main reason is the students lack of competence for marketing posts. Based on post competency,this paper takes Anhui Vocational College Of Metallurgy and Technology as an example,through investigating the present situation of marketing specialty practice teaching,from the goal of talent training,the contents of the practice teaching,practice base construction,and so on,deep analysis of the basic situation and problems existing in the practice teaching,and provide reference for the reform of practice teaching.
