肺炎支原体感染性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者接受自拟中药鼻渊汤联合阿奇霉素肠溶片治疗的效果评价

摘要
目的:研究肺炎支原体感染性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者接受自拟中药鼻渊汤联合阿奇霉素肠溶片治疗的效果评价。方法:共收集64例在我院接受肺炎支原体感染性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,分为观察组34例和对照组30例。对照组采用阿奇霉素肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入自拟中药鼻渊汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果以及随访复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率与随访过程中复发率为97.1%、2.9%;对照组治疗总有效率与随访过程中复发率为76.7%、23.3%,观察组数据明显优于对照组,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药鼻渊汤联合阿奇霉素肠溶片治疗有肺炎支原体感染性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果确切,临床症状改善较好,复发率低。
Objective: To study the effect of Biyuan decoction combined with azithromycin enteric-coated tablets on mycoplasma pneumoniae infective chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods: A total of 64 patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infectious chronic rhinosinusitis in our hospital were divided into observation group(34 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group was treated with azithromycin enteric-coated tablets, while the observation group was treated with Biyuan decoction. The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group and the recurrence rate in the follow-up process were 97.1% and 2.9%. The total effective rate in the control group and the recurrence rate in the follow-up process were 76.7% and 23.3%. The data in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Biyuan Decoction combined with azithromycin enteric-coated tablets is effective in treating chronic rhinosinusitis with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. The clinical symptoms are improved better and the recurrence rate is low. Therefore, it is worth popularizing.
