摘要
简述了一种采煤机液压调高系统,其能够实现左、右摇臂同时调高。借助AMESim仿真软件搭建了液压调高系统的仿真模型,对左、右摇臂同时动作进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,左、右摇臂同时动作时两者之间相互独立、互不影响,验证了该套液压调高系统的可行性和正确性。
        A height-regulating hydraulic system of shearer was briefly introduced. The system could realize the simultaneous heightening of the left and right ranging arms. The simulation model of the height-regulating hydraulic system was built based on AMESim. Then the simulation of the simultaneous action of the left and right ranging arms was carried out, and the simulation results showed that the left and right ranging arms were independent of each other and had no influence on each other, which verified the feasibility and correctness of the height-regulating hydraulic system.
