某三甲医院脑卒中患者住院费用影响因素分析

摘要
目的分析脑卒中患者住院费用的主要影响因素,为控制住院费用提供依据。方法利用河南省人民医院2014—2015年脑卒中住院患者病案首页数据,对住院费用及其影响因素进行描述性分析。结果 9 301例脑卒中患者的例均住院费用为15 766.19元,住院天数,脑卒中亚型,病情轻重,治疗转归情况等对住院费用有影响。结论控制脑卒中患者住院费用,除减少住院日外,还应加强脑卒中的预防,防控出血性卒中,及进行医疗付费制度改革。
Objective To provide references to control the cost of stroke inpatients by analyzing the influencing factors of stroke inpatients. Methods Using the data of the first page of medical records of inpatients with stroke in a tertiary hospital in Henan from 2014 to 2015. The descriptive method was used to analyze the hospitalization expenses and its influencing factors. Results The median hospitalization cost for the stroke inpatients was 15766. 19 Yuan. The length of hospital stay,stroke subtypes,severity of the disease and treatment outcome were major influencing factors of medical charge.Conclusion To control the hospitalization expenses of patients with stroke inpatients,should strengthen the prevention of stroke,prevent hemorrhagic stroke,and reform the medical payment system,in addition to reducing the hospital stay.
