气管插管保留自主呼吸全身麻醉用于小儿唇裂手术的安全性分析

摘要
目的:研究气管插管保留自主呼吸全身麻醉用于小儿唇裂手术中的效果。方法:收治唇裂手术患儿70例,平分为两组。观察组接受U型气管插管保留自主呼吸全身麻醉,对照组接受普通气管插管控制呼吸全身麻醉,比较手术效果。结果:观察组T_1时间点PETCO_2明显高于对照组T_1时间点结果,拔管后T_2时间点心率明显高于其他时间点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿唇裂手术中应用U型气管插管保留自主呼吸全身麻醉安全性更高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of tracheal intubation with spontaneous respiratory general anesthesia in children's cleft lip surgery.Methods:70 children with cleft lip operation were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The observation group received type U tracheal intubation to retain the autonomous respiratory general anesthesia.The control group received general tracheal intubation to control respiratory general anesthesia.We compared the effect of operation.Results:The time point PETCO_2 at T1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the time point of T_1.After extubation,the T_2 time dessert rate was significantly higher than that of other time points.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of U type tracheal intubation to retain the autonomic anaesthesia in children's cleft lip operation is more safe.
