泡沫敷料用于昏迷患者角膜损伤护理效果观察

摘要
目的探讨泡沫敷料用于昏迷患者角膜损伤护理的效果。方法将60例入住神经外科重症监护室伴有角膜损伤的昏迷患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组涂金霉素眼膏后覆盖无菌油纱布;观察组涂金霉素眼膏后覆盖泡沫敷料。结果干预7d观察组眼部好转率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外涂金霉素眼膏后覆盖泡沫敷料可促进昏迷患者角膜损伤的恢复。
