摘要

归纳了海绵城市的设计理念的特征,提出融合信息化技术是海绵城市未来发展方向。指出了海绵城市设计中的关键问题,包含"海绵城市与排水防涝的区别""排水防涝规划""运营管理"和"雨水径流量控制"等,并对这些问题提出了解决方法和思路,旨在促进海绵城市在我国更多城市的应用与实践。
        Chanracteristics of the design concept of spongy city is summarized, and the future development direction of the spongy city incorporated information technologies is highlighted. The critical problems in the design of spongy city is also concluded, which includes the differences between sponge city and drainage and waterlogging prevention, drainage and waterlogging prevention planning, operation management and rainwater runoff control. The solutions and ideas to these problems are put forward to promote the application and practice of sponge city concept in more cities of China.
