摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是一种以呼吸系统和繁殖障碍为特征的传染病,已被公认为影响全球养猪业的重要经济性疾病。目前,传统的活疫苗免疫是防控猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,PRRSV)的主要手段,但该疫苗的安全性和有效性还需进一步提高。本文就对近年来以PRRSV感染性克隆作为工具表达外源基因的重组病毒的研究进展做一综述。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome characterized by respiratory and reproductive disorders in piglets and sows has spread worldwide and become the most economically significant disease. Immunization with live attenuated vaccines is the primary method for the prevention and control of PRRSV. However, the safety and efficacy of the live vaccines need further improved. This review summarizes progress of expression of foreign genes using infectious c DNA clone of PRRSV.
