基于指导教师相关的独立学院毕业论文(设计)质量影响因素分析

摘要
指导教师是影响毕业论文(设计)质量的关键因素。根据阜阳师范学院信息工程学院2011-2017年毕业论文(设计)的指导教师职称、指导学生数、课题来源、课题类型和论文(设计)成绩等基本状况,分析了指导教师的数量与质量、指导教师与学生的态度以及硬件设施与管理机制等影响毕业论文(设计)质量的因素,并提出了加强师资队伍建设、端正教师与学生态度、完善质量保障与监控体系和实施分类管理等对策。
The teacher is a key factor that affects the quality of undergraduate thesis(design). The data of undergraduate thesis(design) of College of Information Engineering of Fuyang Normal University from 2011 to 2017 was used to analyze the teachers' technical titles distribution, number of students guided by a teacher, sources and types of research topics and scores of thesis(design). On the basis of above analysis, some factors affecting the quality of undergraduate thesis(design), such as the number and ability of teachers, attitude of teachers and students, facilities and management mechanism, were further analyzed.At the same time, several pieces of advice were also put forward, which include enhancing for teaching team, correcting attitude of teachers and students, improving the quality assurance and monitoring system and implementing classified management.
