摘要
采用SEM和EPMA等方法对Ce-Ge二元合金在成分40%~60%Ge(原子分数)之间的铸态凝固组织进行了表征,用以验证了Ce-Ge二元体系的部分不变反应。实验结果表明:化合物(CeGe)相一致熔融;化合物Ce_5Ge_4由包晶反应L+Ce_5Ge_3→Ce_5Ge_4形成,并可观测到两个明显的共晶组织:L→Ce_5Ge_4+(CeGe)和L→(CeGe)+(βCeGe_(1.7))。根据本研究结果,对原有文献建立的Ce-Ge二元相图的相平衡关系进行了部分修正。
        The as-cast solidified microstructures of the Ce-Ge alloys between 40%-60% Ge(atom fraction)was measured by SEM and EPMA in order to verify some of the invariant reactions of the Ce-Ge system.The experiments show that the compound(CeGe)melts congruently;the compound Ce_5Ge_4 is formed by the invariant peritectic reaction L+Ce_5Ge_3→Ce_5Ge_4 and the microstructures of two eutectic reactions L→Ce_5Ge_4+(CeGe)and L→(CeGe)+(βCeGe_(1.7))are observed.According to the present investigation,some phase equilibrium relations of the Ce-Ge phase diagram reported in the literature are modified.
