摘要
目的通过描述医科达Synergy直线加速器的3例故障和维修过程,介绍该设备相关问题的解决思路和方法,为广大同仁提供借鉴。方法该设备先后出现剂量率低、水温报警及防撞联锁故障,根据软件提供的相关错误信息,结合电路分析,锁定故障点,更换相关故障元器件。结果熟悉系统结构,及时排除故障,总结了相关经验,避免了设备停机造成的损失。结论直线加速器系统复杂,故障较多。只要掌握了正确的维修思路,认真分析故障原因,就可以提高维修技术水平,节约运营成本。
        Objective By describing three failures and maintenance processes of Elekta Synergy linear accelerator, the ideas and methods of related problems were introduced, which could provide references for colleagues. Methods Some errors occurred,such as Low dose rate, Water temperature alarm and Touch guard interlock, based on the equipment failure phenomenon,software error messages, and combined with circuit diagram analysis, related faulty components were replaced. Results The system structure was well acquainted with, relevant experience was summarized, and the loss caused by equipment shutdown was avoided. Conclusion The linear accelerator system is complex and complicated with several failures. As long as the correct maintenance ideas are mastered and the failure reasons are analyzed, the maintenance technology can be improved, and the operating costs can be saved.
