复方异丙托溴铵与布地奈德联合匹多莫德对儿童支气管哮喘效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨复方异丙托溴铵与布地奈德联合匹多莫德对支气管哮喘患儿防治的效果及其对免疫功能的影响。方法:我院在2014年1月~2016年1月收治了128例支气管哮喘患儿为对象来研究并把其随机分配,对照组分别选取异丙托溴铵与布地奈德、布地奈德联合匹多莫德、异丙托溴铵联合匹多莫德三组方式来治疗,观察组使用复方异丙托溴铵与布地奈德联合口服匹多莫德分散片进行治疗。治疗后,对2组患儿的临床疗效、哮喘控制程度进行比较,并比较观察组患儿治疗前后免疫功能指标差异。结果:观察组患儿治疗后日间症状发作程度明显轻于对照组[(0.42±0.11)分比(0.99±0.16)分],差异比较显著。观察组在治疗后IgA、IgM水平下降较多,IgG的水平升高,差异显著,总T淋巴细胞、抑制性T淋巴细胞、辅助性T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞水平明显升高,而总B淋巴细胞水平明显降低,差异显著。结论:使用复方异丙托溴铵以及布地奈德与匹多莫德联合可有效防治儿童支气管哮喘,并改善免疫功能。
        Objective To study the effect of compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide combined with pidotimod support on children with bronchial asthma control effect and its influence on immune function.Methods In our hospital in 2014.1-2016.1 treated 128 cases of bronchial asthma as object to study and to random allocation,the control group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide atomization support to treatment,on the basis of the above,the observation group was treated with pidotimod dispersible tablets combined treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacies of the 2 groups were compared,and the degrees of asthma control were compared,and the differences of immune function indexes were compared before and after treatment in the observation group.Results Compared with the control group(0.42 + 0.11)(0.99 + 0.16),the day after treatment in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The observation group after treatment in IgA and IgM levels decreased more,elevated levels of IgG,and the difference is significant,total T cells,inhibition of T lymphocytes,helper T lymphocytes,natural killer cell level increased significantly,and the total level of B lymphocyte decreased significantly,the difference was significant.Conclusion Compound isopropyl ipratropium bromide and budesonide and pidotimod joint can be effective prevention and treatment of children with bronchial asthma,and improve the immune function.
