从“心理定势”视角谈如何加强医德医风教育

摘要
在当前医患关系仍不甚和谐的背景下加强医德医风教育有着重要意义。以"心理定势"作为医务人员"内化"医德医风要求的契入点,通过对医德境界层次的分析并对医务人员进行教育,使其明白自身医德境界的层次;同时,注重与时俱进,实现医德医风教育内化的不断转变,并通过群体教育和自我教育两种方式强化医务人员的医德医风观念,以推进医德医风教育工作。
Under the background of the current not good doctor-patient relationship,it has important significance to strengthen the education of medical ethics. In this paper,the author took " mental set" as the point of " internalizing" the requirements of medical ethics for medical staff,analyzed the medical ethics state level and carried on the education in medical staff,in order to make them understand their own medical ethics state level. At the same time,the author proposed that we should pay attention to keep pace with the new time,realize the internalization of medical ethics education,strengthen the medical staff's medical ethics by community education and self-education and thus improve the education of medical ethics.
