摘要
根据加工需求,设计合理的刀具形状和角度,分析其受力情况,调整刀具加工位置,使其在横向受力平衡。利用车床自身的走刀机构,实现自动走刀钻孔,减轻劳动强度,提高加工效率。
According to the requirements of processing,the cutter with proper shape and angle is designed. The stress is analyzed and the processing position is adjusted to make the stress balanced in horizontal orientation. Moreover,by using the lathe's feed mechanism to the automatic drilling in vertical orientation is realized to reduce labor intensity and improve machining efficiency.
