基于STM32的纺织颜料自动输送系统

摘要
纺织业中使用的颜料一般由多种重量份比不同的化学原料合成,并且涉及到多种繁琐复杂加工工艺;通常生产时需要工人将称量好的原料从仓库运至反应设备,再加入各种助剂并混合在一起,并在反应设备中不断搅拌这些原料,搅拌的同时还需将温度严格控制在一定的范围,原料比重误差越小,搅拌越均匀最终获颜料质量也越高。目前普通的生产线需要大量工人操作,并且各环节之间不能出错,否则将直接影响后续加工,基于目前的生产加工现状,设计了一款以STM32F4为控制核心的全自动化颜料生产加工系统,为颜料输送自动化提供了可靠的解决方案。
        The use of the textile industry in general by a variety of pigment weight than chemical synthesis of different raw materials,and relates to a variety of complex processing technology,usually workers will need to weigh good raw materials from warehouses to the reaction equipment when they prepare product,adding various additives and mixed together,and in the reaction equipment in continuous stirring the raw materials.Stirring at the same time,it is necessary to strictly control the temperature in a certain range of raw materials,the proportion of the error is small,stirring more uniform final pigment quality is also higher.At present the common production line needs a large number of workers to operate,and between each link can not go wrong,otherwise it will directly affect the subsequent processing,production and processing status based on the present,this paper designs a fully automated paint production and processing system with STM32F4 as the control core,and provides a reliable solution for transportation automation of pigment.
