摘要
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺无灰分散剂(T161)对烟炱的分散能力较差。为了提高对烟炱的分散能力,在聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺中引入了芳香胺,合成了聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺-芳香胺无灰分散剂(RHY165分散剂)。用RHY165分散剂(加剂量6.3%)调配了15W-40 CH-4柴油机油,并在6DL2-35台架上考察了柴油机油100℃运动黏度随烟炱含量的变化情况。当烟炱质量后,柴油机油100℃运动黏度增加缓慢,说明了合成的RHY165分散剂具有良好的烟炱分散能力,其分散能力优于T161。用Mack T-8E发动机台架试验对RHY165分散剂的烟炱分散能力进行了验证,当烟炱质量分数为3.8%油100℃运动黏度增加2.32 mm~2/s,低于CH-4柴油机油不大于11.5 mm~2/s的指标要求;当烟炱质量分数为4.8%时,柴油机油的相对黏度为1.51,低于CH-4柴油机油不大于2.1的指标要求,同时也低于CI-4柴油机油不大于1.8的指标要求。RHY165分散剂可以调配CH-4和CI-4柴油机油。
        The dispersing ability of polyisobutylene succinimide ashless dispersant(T161) to soot was poor.In order to improve the dispersing ability to soot,aromatic amine was introduced into polyisobutylene succinimide, and polyisobutylene succinimide-aromatic amine ashless dispersant(RHY165 dispersant) was synthesized. 15 W-40 CH-4 Diesel engine oil was dispensed with RHY 165 dispersant(dosage 6.3%).The change of kinematic viscosity of Diesel engine oil at 100 ℃ with soot content were investigated on the 6 DL2-35 rig. When the soot mass fraction reached 3.8%, the kinematic viscosity of Diesel engine oil increased slowly at 100 ℃. It showed that the synthesized RHY 165 dispersant had good soot dispersing ability, and its dispersing ability was superior to that of T161. The soot dispersing ability of RHY 165 dispersant was verified by rig of Mack T-8 E engine.When the soot mass fraction was 3.8%,the kinematic viscosity of Diesel engine oil increased by 2.32 mm~2/s at 100 ℃, and lower than CH-4 Diesel engine oil which was not greater than 11.5 mm~2/s indicator requirements.When the soot mass fraction was 4.8%, the relative viscosity of Diesel engine oil was 1.51, which was lower than the requirement of CH-4 Diesel engine oil which not less than 2.1. At the same time, it was also lower than the requirement of CI-4 Diesel engine oil which not more than 1.8.RHY 165 dispersant could be used to blend CH-4 and CI-4 Diesel engine oil.
