中医综合治疗老年风温肺热病(痰热壅肺)的回顾分析

摘要
目的回顾分析中医综合治疗老年风温肺热病(痰热壅肺)的临床疗效。方法采用中药饮片、穴位贴敷、中成药静脉制剂应用配合西药的治疗组与单纯西药治疗本病的对照组各30例。观察比较治疗前后2组患者发热、咳痰、胸痛、气促等临床症状,临床疗效及炎症标志物(白细胞、中性粒细胞计数,C反应蛋白)情况。结果治疗组在症状的改善、临床疗效和白细胞计数、C反应蛋白诸方面疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论中医综合治疗老年风温肺热病(痰热壅肺)疗效满意。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of senile wind-warming lung febrile disease( phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung). Methods The traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,acupoint sticking,Chinese patent medicine intravenous application combined with western medicine and simple western medicines were applied to treat the disease,with 30 cases in each group. The clinical symptoms,clinical curative effect and inflammatory markers( leukocyte neutrophil count,C-reactive protein) were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Result The results showed that the treatment group improved the symptoms and clinical efficacy. Compared with the control group,the effects of C-cell count and C-reactive protein were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of senile wind-warming lung febrile disease( phlegm-heat obstructing in the lung) is satisfactory.
