摘要
分析膜式燃气表的传动系统和计数显示系统,研究膜式燃气表变速传输子系统各级传输比的分配原则,变速传输子系统第1级齿轮副的设计原则和设计方法。在设计可调换齿轮副系列时,应保证可调换齿轮副的传输比变化率与回转体积偏差率相等,且取值范围为[-5%,5%],给出校准调齿流程。
The transmission system and counting display system of the diaphragm gas meter are analyzed. The distribution principle of transmission ratios at all levels in variable speed transmission subsystems of the diaphragm gas meter,the design principle and design method of the first-stage gear pair of the variable speed transmission subsystems are studied. When designing the adjustable gear pair series,it should be ensured that the pair change rate of the adjustable gear transmission ratio is equal to the change rate of the revolution volume,and the value range is from -5% to 5%. The calibration gear adjustment process is given.
