摘要
为了研究肉鸡和肉鸭对发酵饲料的养分利用率的影响。选用20日龄健康白羽肉鸡和樱桃谷肉鸭各90只,各随机分成3个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复3只。采用全收粪法-套测法,肉鸡和肉鸭各自分成3个处理:处理1:饲喂各自的基础饲粮,用于计算试验材料的养分利用率;处理2:湿料试验饲粮,75%基础饲粮+25%湿料基础的发酵饲料;处理3:干料试验饲粮75%基础饲粮+25%干料基础的发酵饲料。研究结果表明:与湿料基础相比,肉鸡采食风干发酵饲料,显著提高了粗蛋白(P=0.018)表观利用率,而粗蛋白真实利用率无显著差异。肉鸡饲喂不同含水量发酵饲料,干物质、总能、饲粮代谢能水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。以湿料基础发酵饲料为100%,肉鸡饲喂风干发酵饲料粗蛋白、干物质、能量真实利用率以及真实代谢能水平相对增加0.3%、0.2%、0.4%和1.3%。肉鸭饲喂风干发酵饲料相比湿喂发酵饲料显著提高了干物质(P=0.006)真实利用率和能量表观利用率(P=0.006),有提高表观代谢能(P=0.054)的趋势。发酵饲料湿喂或风干饲喂均不影响肉鸭对粗蛋白的利用率(P>0.05)。以湿料基础为100%,肉鸭饲喂风干发酵饲料,粗蛋白、干物质、能量真实利用率分别提高了1.3%、4.6%、0.1%,真实代谢能相对增加了0.9%。
        The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of broilers and meat ducks on nutrient utilization of fermented feed.Experiment using ninety 20-day-old Arbor Acres broilers and ninety 20-day-old Cherry Valley meat ducks randomly divided into 3 treatments with 10 replicates.The dietary treatments were:(1)respective corn-soybean meal based diets(BS);(2)75%BS+25%fermentation feed as wet-based;(3)75%BS+25%fermentation feed as air dry basis.faeces samples were collected to analyze the dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),crude protein(CP),gross energy(GE),and GE was analyzed for computation of AME and TME.Research indicated that compared with the wet basis,broilers fed dry-dried feed significantly improved the apparent digestibility of CP(P=0.018),while the real digestibility rate of CP was not significantly different.There was same digestibility in the DM,GE,AME and TME of broilers fed diet as wet and air dry basis(P>0.05).Broilers fed airdried fermented feed increase digestibility of CP,DM,GE,and TME at 0.3%,0.2%,0.4%and 1.3%,wet feed or air-dry feed of fermented feed does not affect the utilization of crude protein by meat ducks.Compared with wet-based fermentation feed,the meat ducks fed air-dried fermented feeds had a relative increase of 1.3%,4.6%,0.1%and 0.9%in CP,DM,GE and TME.
