摘要
宣钢焦化厂焦炭部分质量指标行业排名中等,与标杆单位存在着差距,仍有较大提升空间;炼铁增产也对焦炭质量提出了更高的要求;为此,在炼焦煤市场突变,炼焦煤资源及质量下滑的情况下,按照技术可行、资源可保、经济最佳的原则,以小焦炉试验和煤岩分析为支撑,通过开展技术研究,优化炼焦煤资源、结构,实现焦炭指标晋位提升,实现全局最优,势在必行。
        The coke quality index industry of Xuangang Coking Factory ranks medium, and there is a gap with the standard bar unit,and there is still great room for improvement. Increased production of iron also puts forward higher requirements for coke quality; For this reason, under the conditions of sudden changes in the coking coal market and the decline in the resources and quality of coking coal,according to the principles of technical feasibility, resource security, and the best economy, and supported by the small coking furnace test and coal rock analysis, we will carry out technical research to optimize coking coal resources and structures. It is imperative to improve Coke index and achieve global optimization.
