高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒人工感染荣昌猪的试验研究

摘要
为了评价中国地方猪种对高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)的易感性,使用1×106TCID50/m L的SCwhn09CD毒株人工感染中国地方品种荣昌猪,记录荣昌猪在试验期间的临床症状、体温变化、体重和死亡率。采用q PCR方法检测感染后第4、7、11和14天血清中的病毒拷贝数。病理切片观察感染后第14天肺部组织的损伤情况。结果显示:感染后荣昌猪表现为精神沉郁、饮食废绝、腹式呼吸、末梢皮肤发绀、持续高温、死亡、鼻腔内有黏性液体等典型猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征(PRRS)症状。感染后第3天直肠温度上升至40℃并一直持续到第14天,并在第12天达到峰值41.2℃。试验期间荣昌猪死亡率达66.7%。第4天血清中的病毒拷贝数达到峰值1.63×106拷贝/m L,随后缓慢下降至4.12×105拷贝/m L,但第4、7、11、14天间血清中的病毒拷贝数不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。肺部组织出现了严重的支气管肺炎病变,肺泡壁显著增厚,致多数肺泡腔闭锁。
