摘要
目的研究管路长度、溶液温度对过氧化氢泡沫洗消剂起泡性和稳定性的影响,为过氧化氢泡沫洗消剂的实际应用提供依据。方法利用自制的压缩空气泡沫洗消装置和泡沫测量仪,生成泡沫并测量泡沫的发泡倍数和25%析液时间,分析起泡性和稳定性随泡沫洗消装置管路长度和泡沫溶液温度的变化规律,研究管路长度、泡沫溶液温度与泡沫性能的关系。结果管路长度在8~30 m范围内,当管路长度小于16 m时,起泡性受管路长度影响较大,大于16 m时,起泡性随管路长度变化缓慢;泡沫溶液温度在5~35℃范围内,泡沫稳定性随温度的升高而降低,20℃以下,起泡性无明显变化,20℃以上,起泡性随温度升高而升高。结论过氧化氢泡沫洗消剂起泡性和稳定性与管路长度和溶液温度呈现规律性关系。
        Objectlve To study the effects of pipe length and solution temperature on foaming and stability of hydrogen peroxide foam detergent, to provide basis for practical application of hydrogen peroxide foam decontaminant.Methods The foaming ratio was used to characterize the foaming property,and the 2% liquid separation time was used to characterize the stability. The self-made compressed air foam decontamination device and the foam measuring instrument were used to generate foam and measure the foaming multiple of the foam and the 25% liquid separation time. The relationship between pipe length,foam solution temperature and foam performance was evaluated by analyzing the change of foaming and stability with the tube length of the foam decontamination device and the temperature of the foam solution. Results When the pipe length was less than 16 meter,the foaming ability was affected by the length of the pipeline,and the effect was smaller when the pipe length was longer than 16 m. The foam stability decreased with the increase of temperature when the temperature of the foam solution was within the range of 5-35℃. The change of foaming ability was not obvious below 20℃. When the temperature was higher than 20℃,the foaming ability increased with the increase of temperature. Conclusion The foaming and stability of the hydrogen peroxide foam decontaminant has a regular relationship with the length of the pipe and the temperature of the solution.
