帕瑞昔布与地佐辛超前镇痛对肝炎肝硬化患者术后镇痛及凝血功能的影响

摘要
<正>围手术期镇痛是外科手术较为关注问题之一,临床上一般予以非甾体类抗炎药进行超前镇痛对术后切口疼痛进行有效控制~([1]),目前最为常见的药物为帕瑞昔布,但多数患者仍存在镇痛不理想问题。近年来一种新型阿片受体混合激动-拮抗剂地佐辛与帕瑞昔布联合进行超前镇痛,取得较好镇痛效果~([2])。肝炎
