秦艳虹教授治疗儿童夜遗尿的“心行药”疗法总结

摘要
儿童夜遗尿发病率高,秦艳虹教授从医将近30年,治疗该病临床经验丰富,考虑到该病的特殊性及对整个家庭的危害严重,认为对于该病的治疗,应从医家、患儿自身、家长三方面着手,使整个家庭接受相应的教育与指导后,采用心理疏导、行为指导、药物辅导三项合一的综合疗法来进行治疗。通过三方合作,该法在临床的运用中获得了明显疗效,甚至大部分达到了治愈的效果。
The incidence of nocturnal enuresis in children is high. Professor Qin Yanhong has been a doctor for nearly 30 years. She has rich clinical experience in the treatment of this disease. Considering the particularity of the disease and the serious harm to the whole family, she believes that the treatment of the disease should start from three aspects: doctors, children themselves and their parents, so that the whole family can receive corresponding education and guidance, and then adopt psychological counseling, behavioral guidance and drug counseling. Through the cooperation of three parties, this method has obtained obvious curative effect in clinical application,and even most of it has achieved curative effect.
