取消强制婚检是对我国婚检制度的误读

摘要
在对我国与婚检相关的现行法律体系进行整体、综合分析基础上,从现行法律的字面含义上看,被普遍认为的2003年《婚姻登记条例》"取消了强制婚检制度、改为自愿婚检制度"是对法律的误读。如何解决强制婚检制度与现实、民意的脱节,是需要进一步讨论的重要社会问题。
On the basis of the overall and comprehensive analysis of the existing legal system related to the Premarital Medical Examination System in China,it is widely believed that the marriage registration ordinance,in2003, "abolished the Mandatory Premarital Medical Examination System and changed to the Voluntary Premarital Medical Examination System",is a misunderstanding of the law.How to resolve the disconnection between the Mandatory Premarital Medical Examination System and the reality,and public opinion,is an important social issue that needs further discussion.
