传统药物流产联合清宫术在妊娠早期终止妊娠中的效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨传统药物流产联合清宫术在妊娠早期终止妊娠中的效果。方法:纳入本院2017年2月至2018年4月收治的100例妊娠早期终止妊娠患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组选择传统药物流产治疗,观察组则选择清宫术加上传统药物流产治疗,比对效果。结果:观察组疗效、阴道流血持续的时间、腹痛平均持续的时间、流产的相关指标值、生理疼痛程度、生活质量相比对照组有优势,P<0.05。观察组呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐、低血压等的发生率与对照组相近,P> 0.05。结论:清宫术加上传统药物流产治疗妊娠早期终止妊娠的疗效肯定。
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional medical abortion combined with uterine bleeding on termination of pregnancy in early pregnancy. Methods: 100 patients with termination of pregnancy in early pregnancy from February 2017 to April 1818 in our hospital were enrolled. The random number table was grouped, the control group chose traditional medical abortion treatment, and the observation group chose Qinggong plus traditional medical abortion treatment. Compare effects. Results: The efficacy of the observation group, the duration of vaginal bleeding, the average duration of abdominal pain, the correlation index of abortion, the degree of physiological pain, and the quality of life were superior to the control group, P < 0.05. The incidence of respiratory depression, nausea and vomiting, hypotension, etc. in the observation group was no different from that of the control group, P > 0.05. Conclusion:The efficacy of Qinggong surgery combined with traditional medical abortion in the treatment of termination of pregnancy in early pregnancy is positive.
