摘要

随着移动科技的技术革新,"互联网+"时代全面到来,分享经济的商业模式呈现形式已不再局限于虚拟资源,而是发展到不动产、车辆、金融等消费实体。消费者之间的分享、借贷、租赁等分享经济模式呈现爆炸式增长。监管机构正处在一个十字路口:一方面,共享经济的创新不应被过度和过时的监管所扼杀;另一方面,政府有义务来保护分享经济的消费者免受欺诈。
        With the innovation of mobile science and technology and the coming of Internet+era,the business mode of sharing economy has not only been confined to virtual resources,but extended to real estate,vehicles and finance.The sharing,loaning and renting between customers have developed fast.So the supervisory organs are in a dilemma,the innovation of sharing economy can't be killed by overdue and old-fashioned supervision,and the government has the duty to protect customers from being cheating in sharing economy.
