摘要
【目的】系统介绍新型论文综合管理平台Arpha Writing Tool(AWT)的功能和特点,为我国科技期刊出版同行搭建论文管理系统提供借鉴。【方法】通过网站调研和模拟投稿的方法,全面了解AWT系统的流程和功能。【结果】AWT支持在线写作、在线同行评审、在线稿件编排加工和在线论文出版,在支持多样化的同行评议方式和数据论文写作方面具有独特的优势。【结论】建议我国科技期刊出版同行在建设或升级投审稿系统时考虑整合作者协同在线写作、丰富研究要素元数据描述、支持多样化同行评议以及在线出版等功能。
[Purposes] This paper aims to systematically introduce the functions and features of Arpha Writing Tool( AWT) which has collaborative authoring,reviewing,and publishing functions in one place,so as to provide a reference for Chinese peers in the field of scientific journal publishing to design or update the manuscript tracking systems. [Methods] Through the website research and simulation submission methods,this paper systematically reviewed the processes and functions of AWT. [Findings] AWT supports the writing,peer review,copyediting,and publishing of manuscripts,which are all online. It has unique advantages in supporting diversified manner of peer reviewand data paper writing. [Conclusions]It is suggested to integrate online collaborative writing,enrich metadata description for research elements,and support diversified peer reviewand online publishing,when constructing or upgrading manuscript tracking systems.
