试述针刺调气和取穴脉法

摘要
引《黄帝内经》《难经》等重点篇章和后世学者的论述,对中医经典中的针刺调气思维和选穴方法进行论述。认为针刺是通过调气来治疗临床疾病,以脉诊测气机,定得气,准确取穴是实现调气的关键步骤,可使用四时脉法、人迎气口脉法、三部九候脉法来选经择穴。
The author quotes the key chapters in Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing and discussion of scholars of the later generations and discusses the thought of acupuncture for qi regulation and method for acupoint selection in the classics of Chinese medicine. It is believed that acupuncture is used to treat clinical diseases by regulating qi,and the qi is obtained by the pulse diagnosis measuring the qi movement;therefore,accurate selection of acupoints becomes the key step to achieve qi regulation. Pulse methods such as congruence of pulse with four seasons, Renying Qikou, three regions and their nine subdivisions for pulse-felling can be applied to select the meridians and acupoints.
