手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年10月至2018年10月于我院接受宫腔镜切除术的子宫内膜息肉患者90例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予手术室护理配合路径。比较两组患者的手术指标、护理满意度及护理前、后的抑郁、焦虑情绪。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果显著,有利于改善患者的手术指标及不良情绪,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing cooperative pathway in operating room in hysteroscopy endometrial polypectomy. Methods From October 2015 to October 2018, 90 patients with endometrial polyp received hysteroscopy in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nursing cooperative pathway in operating room. The operative indicators, nursing satisfaction, depression and anxiety emotion before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The time of operation and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than the 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of HAMD and HAMA of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing cooperation pathway in operation room applied in hysteroscopy endometrial polypectomy has a remarkable effect, which is helpful to improve the operation indicators and bad emotions of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
