摘要
目的:探讨在急性脑梗死的治疗上,早期运动训练、丁苯酞软胶囊联合应用的临床价值。方法:将我院收治的急性脑梗死患者(共82例)依照住院日期的单双号随机分成2组(例数相等),2组均接受常规治疗,与此同时,参照组接受早期运动训练,测验组在参照组的基础上另添用丁苯酞软胶囊,对2组患者的治疗成效予以评价。结果:测验组治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于参照组,白介素-10(IL-10)含量显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);测验组治疗后的Barthel指数显著高于参照组,NIHSS评分显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性脑梗死的治疗上,早期运动训练、丁苯酞软胶囊联合应用的效果突出。
        Objective: To explore the clinical value of early exercise training and butyphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups according to the single and even number of patients in our hospital. The two groups received routine treatment, while the control group received early exercise training. In the test group, butyphthalide soft capsule was added to the reference group to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results: The content of TNF-α in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the content of IL-10 in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The Barthel index of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the NIHSS score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, the effect of early exercise training and butyphthalide soft capsule is obvious.
