摘要
高等教育学博士是高等教育学领域最高层次的人才,其培养质量对国家的高等教育发展关系重大。文章以美国印第安纳大学和英国兰卡斯特大学的3个有关于高等教育博士学位项目为研究对象,比较其在培养目标、入学选拔、课程设置、师资力量和评价考核方面的成功实践经验。高等教育学博士生培养需要多门类课程学习、多元导师支持、加强方法训练、夯实研究基本功,面向未来职业,这样才能满足社会需求。
        The Ph. D students majored in higher education is an important component of higher education development, hence the cultivation of Ph. D students in this area is very vital.This research chooses three programs from the Indiana University(USA) and Lancaster University(UK) to compare their training objectives, admissions, curriculum provisions, faculties and evaluations. Training Ph. D students of higher education needs to learn multiple courses and be supervised by multi-discipline advisors, strengthen training method, and prepare for future career.These measures can be beneficial to the cultivation of doctor students.
