环境微生物学教学改革与探索

摘要
环境微生物学是环境科学相关专业中比较重要的一门专业基础课,该课程的主要目的是培养学生的理论基础和较强的实验能力.在教学过程中,由于内容比较抽象、不直观等原因,学生的学习兴趣并不高,因此如何激发学生的学习兴趣对本课程的教学极其重要.结合环境微生物学课程特点及学校实际情况,从教学方法、教学内容及实验课程设计等方面进行了探讨,为环境微生物学教学改革提供一定的建议及参考.
Environmental microbiology is an important basic course for environmental science,the main purpose of the course is to cultivate the theoretical basis and strong experimental ability of students.In the teaching process,the learning interest of students is not enough due to the abstract and comprehensive of the teaching contents.Therefore,how to stimulate the learning interest of students is very important for the teaching of the course.Based on the characteristics of environmental microbiology and the actual situation of Henan University,explored and practiced the teaching methods,teaching content,design and arrangement of the experimental course of environmental microbiology,which can provide advice and reference for the teaching reform of environmental microbiology.
