2016级护理专业《护理药理学》试卷分析与教学思考

摘要
目的:评估《护理药理学》期末试卷质量,反馈教学效果,为教学改革和考试命题提供依据。方法:对231份重庆市永川区某卫生学校2016级护理专业的《护理药理学》期末考试试卷进行回顾性分析。结果:最高分97.0,最低分43.0,平均分70.9,及格率82.25%,难度系数0.71,区分度0.37,总体信度系数0.79,考试成绩呈近似正态分布。结论:试卷总体难度适中偏简单,成绩值得信赖,且成绩的及格率和区分度较好,但仍需进一步完善教学方法来提高平均分。
Objective:Evaluating the quality of the final examination paper of nursing pharmacology and to provide feedback for teaching reform and examination.Methods:A total of 231 examination papers were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The highest score was 97,the lowest score was 43,the average score was 70.9,the passing rate was 82.25%,the degree of difficulty was 0.71,the degree of distinction was 0.37,the overall reliability coefficient was 0.79,and the test scores were approximately normal distribution.Conclusion:The overall difficulty of the examination paper is moderate and simple,the results are trustworthy,and the passing rate and the degree division of the results are better,but the teaching method still needs to be further improved to improve the average score.
