摘要

基层农技推广补助项目由农业部实施,旨在推进基层农技推广体系改革与建设,加强农技推广工作,提升农民科学种养水平,全面推进农业科技进村入户。本文主要从项目概况、实施步骤、具体实施措施、存在的问题及对策等方面分析基层农技推广补助项目在肥东县农村能源领域的实施情况,以期为提升农民种养水平、提高农民收入提供参考。
        The Grassroots Agro-technical Extension Subsidy Project was implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture to promote the reform and construction of the grassroots agricultural technology extension system,strengthen the extension of agricultural technology,improve the scientific breeding level of farmers,and comprehensively promote the agricultural science and technology into the village.This paper analyzed the implementation of the Grassroots Agro-technical Extension Subsidy Project in rural energy field of Feidong County from the aspects of project overview,implementation steps,implementation specific measures,existing problems and countermeasures,in order to provide references for promoting cultivation level and income of farmers.
