摘要
某飞机进行地面装配前检查,检查时发现杠杆机构非常紧涩、卡滞,分解后发现关节轴承存在裂纹。该轴承为标准件,工作中受34.3 N推拉力,工作环境为空气。通过对关节轴承裂纹进行了外观观察、体视检查、微观观察、能谱分析,金相检查、硬度测试,确定了轴承裂纹的断裂性质并给出相关建议。结果显示:关节轴承内圈断裂是早期发生的过载断裂;断口污染物增加导致裂纹缓慢张开,使得轴承内圈尺寸发生变化导致使用时发生紧涩、卡滞的现象。建议后续严格控制同类型关节轴承的装配过程,避免强制装配,并在装配完成后对内外圈认真进行检查。
        An aircraft was inspected for pre-assembly of the ground. During the inspection, it was found that the lever mechanism was very tight and stuck, and the joint bearing was found to be cracked after decomposition. The bearing is a standard part,which is pushed and pulled by 34.3 N during work,and the working environment is air. Through the appearance observation,stereo inspection,microscopic observation,energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and hardness test of the joint bearing crack,the fracture properties of the bearing crack were determined and relevant suggestions were given. The results show that the inner ring fracture of the joint bearing is an early overload fault; the increase of the fracture contaminant causes the crack to open slowly,which causes the bearing inner ring size to change and causes the phenomenon of tightness and stagnation during use. It is recommended to strictly control the assembly process of the same type of joint bearing,avoid forced assembly,and carefully check the inner and outer rings after the assembly is completed.
