严重老年播散型带状疱疹一例
摘要
<正>病例患者,女,75岁,因右侧颈肩胸背部及右上臂疼痛并多发成蔟疱疹及片状大疱11d入院。患者11d前无明显诱因出现右侧颈、肩、胸、背部及右上臂疼痛,呈发作性针刺样、电击样疼痛,伴有烧灼感、麻木感,疼痛难忍并逐日加重。病初发现上述部位出现数个小疱疹,发痒疼痛,2d后疱疹数量迅速增多并扩大,成蔟状布满右侧颈、肩、胸、背部及上臂,疼痛剧烈难忍,转动头部时加剧。在社区诊所输液(具体不详)
