温度对透析液菌落数的影响分析

摘要
目的回顾性研究室内自然温度对透析液菌落计数及不合格率的影响,为降低透析液染菌量,有效控制透析液质量提供依据。方法将2014年1月-2016年9月696份透析液细菌学监测结果与同时期室内自然温度进行对比分析,运用统计分析手段,比较两者之间的相关性。结果室内自然温度与透析液菌落计数及不合格率呈中度直线相关,在一定范围内,室内温度越高,透析液菌落计数越高,分别为rs=0.51,rs=0.53,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论控制透析液配制、存储、水处理间等室内温度在20℃以下,可以有效降低透析液染菌量。
        OBJECTIVE To retrospectively study the impact of indoor natural temperature on bacterial colony counts in dialysates and unqualified rate so as to reduce the counts of contaminated bacteria and effectively control the quality of dialysates.METHODS The bacteriological surveillance was carried out for 696 dialysates from Jan 2014 to Sep 2016,the result was compared with the indoor natural temperature in the meantime,the statistical analysis was performed,and the relationship between the two was observed.RESULTS The indoor national temperature showed moderate linear correlation with the bacterial colony counts in dialysates as well as the unqualified rate.Within a certain range,the higher the indoor temperature,the greater the bacterial colony counts in dialysates were(rs=0.51,rs=0.53),and there was significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONIt is an effective way to keep the indoor temperature for preparation of dialysates,storage and water treatment under 20℃so as to reduced the contaminated bacterial counts in the dialysates.
