摘要
基于反馈式多光谱成像方法对纱线颜色测量进行了研究。首先建立8通道多光谱成像系统,窄带滤光片由8种不同波长的干涉滤光片组成;然后选择阈值对纱线和背景进行分割,纱线目标信息所占的比例增大可获得最优的分割阈值;最后反馈式非线性求解光谱反射比。实验仿真结果表明:该方法在CIEDE2000色差、均方根误差评价指标方面均优于其他方法。
        In order to improve the effect of yarn color measurement,the feedback multi-spectral imaging method is proposed. Firstly,eight channel multi-spectral imaging system was established,and narrowband filter was constituted eight different wavelength. Secondly,threshold of yarn and background segmentation was chosen,yarn target information was obtained to increase the proportion of optimal segmentation threshold. Finally,feedback nonlinear was used to solve spectral reflectance. Experimental simulation shows that the feedback multi-spectral imaging method are better than other methods about CIEDE2000 color difference and root mean square error.
