摘要
主要采用三维运动影像捕捉系统与三维测力台,对体育学院20名篮球学生,急停单脚起跳双脚落地动作进行了三维同步测试。探讨了在急停单脚起跳双脚落地动作中踝关节的生物力学特征。研究结果表明:在起跳着地最大缓冲时刻踝关节处于最大内翻和外旋状态,且男生组大于女生组;此时刻也是踝关节最容易发生损伤时刻,男生组比女生组更容易发生踝关节损伤。研究结果对于认识踝关节损伤的生物力学特征,预防和减少运动中踝关节损伤的发生具有一定的理论参考价值。
        The injury of ankle is one of the most common sport injuries, and the sprain of ankle is the most common one, which affects seriously the quality of life. Therefore, it is important to investigate the injury of ankle. A three-dimensional motion image capture system and a three-dimensional force platform are used to synchronously test the action of stop-jumps, 20 basketball players, the research objective is to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of ankle joint during stop-jump. The ankle is in maximum inversion and extorsion when in the buffer time of landing and the value of male group is greater than female group. This moment is also the easiest moment of ankle injury, and the male ankle injury is more likely to happen at this time. The research provides a certain theoretical reference to understand the characteristics of injury, to prevent and reduce ankle injury.
